Here is the output of my strace

strace -e trace=execve /home/sympa/bin/aliaswrapper

execve("/home/sympa/bin/aliaswrapper", ["/home/sympa/bin/aliaswrapper"], [/*
24 vars */]) = 0
execve("/usr/bin/newaliases", ["/usr/bin/newaliases"], [/* 0 vars */]) = 0
execve("/usr/sbin/postalias", ["postalias", "hash:/etc/postfix/aliases"], [/*
1 var */]) = 0

is this output ok ?
No, in a previous mail you said you added hash:/etc/mail/sympa_aliases
to the parameter alias_database in main.cf, from the output of strace it
does not seem like you did.
Run "postconf | grep alias" and report
