The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi,
When I try to refresh (twice) 
http://domain/wws/edit_list_request/listname/description URL,

sympa add new and empty owner, moderator and topic fields,
Also, when I try to update this information, expl/listname/config file like 
this:

owner

owner

owner (empty fields)

topics x1,,,

....

Then try to parse this config file and problems occured, 

How can I correct this problem?

Also I need only one topic on a list, is it possible to limit topics?
