Hi Tony,

We were reported the same problem yesterday and I was able to reproduce 
it on our dev. server this morning. It appears to be related to DBI and 
DBD::mysql perl modules. You should downgrade your DBD::mysql perl 
module  : install Msql-Mysql-modules-1.2219

We are investigating to find out what exactly makes Sympa fail with 
recent versions of DBD::mysql...
