The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

After a failed upgrade and recovery I've found that I've lost my original 
sympa install.  The original database and all the list data is still present, 
but most everything else is gone through an unseen rpm uninstall.  The list 
archives are still present and I'm assuming that the mySql user data is as 
well - what would be the best way to continue from this point on the upgraded 
system without risking the userdata?
