This is a known bug that made us release Sympa 3.4.3.1 a few days after 
Sympa 3.4.3 :-( :

   * src/List.pm: Fix: scenarios using [previous_email] var could not
   be evaluated.  Now allowing undef vars in scenarios. Notify
   listmaster if a scenario could not be evaluated.

You should upgrade to Sympa 3.4.3.1
