The first to do is to setup "log_level 2" in sympa.conf and wwsympa.conf.
Then restart wwsympa and check logs.

Is your sympa installed with mySQL or other RDBMS ? If yes, yo
should try :

user_data_source include2

This way Sympa internal cache (that store LDAP information) will
be stored in your MySQL engine. It is much more faster and you will
have access to mySQL to see if cache is good.

This config need the task_manager.pl running.
