The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hallo list have the following problem, since restart sympa.pl as user user 
sympa.

My webserver gives me an Internal Server Error 500. In the apache error_log 
is the following message:

load_config: unable to open /opt/sympa/etc/wwsympa.conf
Can't return outside a subroutine at /opt/sympa/cgi/wwsympa.fcgi line 82.
[Wed Feb 12 16:05:55 2003] [error] [client 195.233.222.3] Premature end of 
script headers: /opt/sympa/cgi/wwsympa.fcgi

but:

sympa@bridge7:/data/sympa/etc$ ls -l /opt/sympa/etc/wwsympa.conf
-rw-------   1 sympa    104          900 Oct  8 17:35 
/opt/sympa/etc/wwsympa.conf

In the documentation i`ve read about wwsympa.fcgi has to run as the same user 
as sympa.pl. How can i do this my apache is running as root. And i don`t use 
the FastCGI.

use_fast_cgi    0

Didn`t change anything, but some code in wwsympa.fcgi.

any ideas?
