The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

A user on a mailing list is bouncing, and the DSN is sent to dans-owner,
and picked up by the sympa_special_pipe 

Which does command = "/usr/lib/sympa/bin/queue
$local_part$local_part_suffix"

Shouldn't this generate a mail to the list owner? I see no outgoing mail
from this event?
