I did check the logs, and the only thing I see
is the handoff of the message to Sympa. I don't see
anything indicating Sympa is distributing the messages.

Thank you, however, for mentioning the DB server. All
of my Sympa lists are operated using a MySQL server on
the backend. MySQL is running and has been running. (But
I'd forgotten to check that MySQL *was* running until
you said something.)

Not sure where to go next.

Have you checked the mail server logs?

Is your list on an sql server and other not?
