The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Is there any way not to send a notification to the sender posting a mail to
a moderated list?

I found that code in sympa.pl at DoMessage():
$list->notify_sender($sender) unless ($2 eq 'quiet');

Is it from send.x scenari? like:
true()                                         smtp,smime,md5    -> editor

so all that I need to do is change editor  to editor,quiet ?
