Let me tell you could moderate some sympa-users's subcribers ;-).

Create a liste named sympa-users-abuse and set
rectriction for visibility parameter (limited to list owner).

Create a new send scenario which start with the following lines
is_subscriber(sympa-users-abuse,[sender]) smtp,md5 -> editorkey

Use this scenario for sympa-users send parameter and add
(quiet add) the person you want to moderate into sympa-users-abuse list.
