I Just wanted to point out something that was confusing for me, and might
be confusing for others.  In the manual in section 13.2.4
(include_sql_query), for db_type, the description reads:
The type of database(Oracle,MySQL,PostgreSQL...)

This led me to believe that I should put

db_type PostgreSQL

when the actual value needed is:

db_type Pg
