The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I installed sympa 3.3.1 and when I try
to save preference for subscriber, I get
response save failed. I use oracle for wwsympa, in logfile
I get error message

Table user_table not found in database test
WWSympa requires a RDBMS to run
Sympa not setup to use DBI
_________________________

In sympa.conf I have all in place for connection 
to database.
If I connect using sqlplus to that database, I can select 
values from user_table. 
What is my problem?
