The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

I am trying to set up a robot.  I find the documentation confusing.

For Example

From Section 11.0 in the documentation
All configuration parameters can be define for each robot except Sympa 
installation parameters such as binary and spool location, smtp engine, 
antivirus plugging etc.

From 11.1


 Only the following parameters can be redefined for a particular robot :

    * http_host
    * title
    * default_home
    * lang
    * listmaster
    * max_size
    * dark_color, light_color, text_color, bg_color, error_color, 
selected_color, shaded_color

Which is true?

Also there is no robot.conf in the samples directory.  Furthermore there is 
no other documention on http_host

Can someone send me a sample robot.conf directory?  

Also, do you set up an expl directory in the robot directory, and then the 
individual lists under the expl?

I am using version 3.2.1
