The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hello,

I wonder what is wrong with my conf? Whatever creation_list scenari I use
the Creation Button remains visible for everybody logged on WWSympa.

my /etc/sympa.conf:

...
## Create List scenario
create_list     listmaster

my ~sympa/etc/scenary/create_list.listmaster:
--------------------------------------------
is_listmaster([sender])                 md5,smime -> do_it
true()                                  md5,smime,smtp -> reject


I'm using sympa-3.2.1-5. Could you please help me?
