The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Sorry for my previous email in french !
Here is my questions :

I would like to use Sympa from another application in front of it. To do 
that, I would prefer to use HTTP more than SMTP for communication between 
that application and Sympa for a better interactivity. Is there URL for 
subscription, unsubscription and diffusion of messages on the list ?
