The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

We are using mandrake 7.2 for a small server in our school. We installed 
sympa (using the RPM included), but we are having problems.

According to the installation section of the documentation, we have to 
include the following commands in the rc.local file:

su sympa -c {...sympa/bin/sympa.pl}
su sympa -c {...sympa/bin/archived.pl}
su sympa -c {...sympa/bin/bounced.pl}

But the message "files missing,abort" appears on booting, and the daemon is 
not initializaed.

Any idea?
