Sympa 2.7.3 uses another method (Vars) to access incoming parameters,
whereas it used to work like the old cgi-lib.pl library.

This been explained, what version of mod_fastcgi, FCGI and CGI::Fast do
you have ?

I have :
        mod_fastcgi 2.2.2
        FCGI.pm 0.48
        CGI::Fast 1.00a
