The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Hi. Me again :)

I create a list named "test". The config file is below. I want to aprove the 
suscriptions, then i put "subscribe owner". But, when i want to subscribe 
someone or to aprove a susciption, sympa tells me that i does not have 
autorization for this ... I tried the subscription by mail and by web, with 
same results ... 

The log file says:

Parsing ADD test address@concealed Jorge Brugger
ADD test address@concealed from address@concealed refused (not 
allowed)

What's wrong? (Sympa version is 2.7)
