It's not essential to use FCGI. You only have to set up the ScriptAlias
option pointing from "/wws" to wwsympa.fcgi and edit wwsympa.fcgi itself
to change the first line from "#!--PERL--" to "#!/usr/bin/perl". I think
that is all I did and my wwsympa seems to be working Ok.
