This release mainly provide corrections for some bugs in sympa-2.5.4b.
Summary of changes in 2.5.4b :


  New features :
        
        o  Search feature in web archives. This is based on MarcSearch
        (H Ulliac)      

        o Complete translation of Sympa and WWSympa (J. Roman)

        o Sybase compliance (T. Charles & A. Bruc)

        o  Seed of a contextual help

        o  Owners can choose review/reviewbounce page size from admin page.

  Bug fixes :
        
        o Sympa would die when receiving a WHICH if DBI is not
        installed.

        o Changed the connect string for PostgreSQL (L. Lavaud)

        o Fixed INVITE scenario

        o $(DESTDIR) reintroduced in Makefile (R. Hertzog)

        o Bug with digest for unknown lists

        o List's "host" parameter uncompletely used

        o Correction of $list->info() (H. Maza)

        o  No more "Sympa not setup to use DBI"

        o bounced died when using unique return_path (H. Maza)

  Changes

        o License of Sympa is now GPL only.
        This was required to include marcsearch librairies into Sympa.

        o Improvements in it.msg (A. Pasquale)

        o Update of de.msg (C. Clasohm)

        o  Gecos asked when subscribing

        o  New users no more obliged to set their password
