No.

In fact, Sympa does not manage external data (whatever the way to
store them) but it is only able to read them. So wwsympa can show
you a list of email related to a mailling list define as a external
request in a LDAP directory, but you 'll not be able to add or remove
subscribers. It'is excatly the same scheme for wwsympa. Sympa and wwsympa
manage internaly defined datas in the same way, but txt files will not be
suported anymore in futur release of sympa.

No plan to store internal datas in a LDAP directory.
