The mailing list for listmasters using Sympa

Perhaps you are using smrsh?  Read about it on www.sendmail.org, I can't
offer you better advice because the location of files for it varies from
OS to OS and also can be custom changed.

If you are using smrsh you will need to make a link from somewhere like
/usr/adm/sm.bin/ to the actual binaries you want to allow sendmail to pipe
messages into or otherwise run.  But look at the web site and at your
particular setup before assuming my directions are crap :)
