RPMs are not available for recent versions of Sympa (since 2.3).
The best way to install a new version on top of a RPM is to :
1/ uninstall previous version : rpm -i sympa-2.2.7
(this will NOT delete your expl/ directory
2/ install new version from sources :
make ; make install
