A more recent version (1.2) is available from:

  https://github.com/sshipway/sympa-6.2-plugins

Note that Sympa 6.2.62 causes additional complications because 
"blacklist" was (quite correctly) renamed as "blocklist".

There is an attachment to a comment that I made on:

 https://github.com/sympa-community/sympa/issues/992

which uses "allowlist" in place of "whitelist". The three options are 
also presented as a drop down menu rather than three separate tabs.
