Hi,

Indeed, account creation is deactivated by now.

I'll create a few accounts manually but, considering that parts of this 
site are supposed to be simple mirrors of Github, maybe it is not necessary.

For now, I suggest Racke, Soji, Eiro, Luc, Xavierb an I as admins for 
this site.

Any suggestion ?
