Hello,

I’m developping something to fix
https://github.com/sympa-community/sympa/issues/633 (Is it possible to
moderate list creation and after say "That user is legit and can
bypass moderation"?).

Currently, I’m adding a "trusted_user" field in user_table and adding
is_trusted([sender])      md5,smime -> do_it

to create_list.public_listmaster scenario.

commit I made to copy my work before ending my daywork, there’s
debugging and other things to remove in it)

Could you tell me your opinion about the way I took? Does it look good
to you?
