I'm not yet convinced of that as I deleted the private directory and reran
the environment script.

At any rate we should do the dekeyczarization ASAP. Ansible has an
infrastructure for that so you don't
even need secrets on the local machine:

(https://github.com/sympa-community/sympa-ansible/labels/refactoring) - even
without getting a functional setup :-/
