Marc already requested RENATER tech for VM and DNS record. Do these
things have to hurry? If they are not, request should be canceled once.

I don't hurry. I just want to hear what is discussed, and to be
given chances to involve with (at least final) decision making.
Not only me: More than ten "core developers" should be given chances.

Perhaps your (eight's) plan may be good. But whatever it is good,
there are several (or many) points to discuss.

For example:
- Who is the person in charge on this issue?
- Who maintain (watch) the service running?
If RENATER techies help, how can we contact them in urgent cases?
Otherwise, who mainly maintains them?
- How can we do with crash (including crash of VM host)?
- Who deals with queries from users about services? (e.g. I can't
see Sympa site! Is the server running?)
- What services may be run on the server?
- Are we allowed super-user access to the server (Otherwise, what
interface is provided to manage server)? [I want this]
- How long the VM will be maintained? (e.g. until person in charge
leaves community)
- What kind of regulations by RENATER are there to use their VM?
- When the older servers (www, demo, pootle, ...) will be shut down?
How about translation process (e.g. HTTP redirection).
- etc., etc.

As I'm a system maintenance support worker, I listed points I
concern. There are many points (not only things above) to discuss
among us, besides contents of web site.

Obviously, only eight people must not be able to decide all problems.

We should be given the time to know what is happening and to discuss
on it. It's only natural, isn't it?
