Hello Marc,

in general I think it is a good idea to be present on CPAN so people can 
stumble on our beloved project.

To be efficient, it could do with a way more detailed description and the 
list of modules need to be up-to-date for
the latest Sympa release.

I suppose we could think about a way to somehow automate the generation of 
the dependency list though :-).
