Dear all,

I'm sorry for my trolling on the chat.


I want to propose updating copyright notice in each source file
which is reccomended by GPL HOWTO:
  https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html
See any source file of Sympa for recent and earlier notices.

If no strong objection, this proposal may be put into practice on
the next release, 6.2.17beta.

(2) Content of AUTHORS described in the notice above will be
  initially taken from credits on a DokuWiki page:
  https://www.sympa.org/users/authors#credits

  We have to allow the fact that content of this file will be
  left incomplete for the time being.

Notes:

* The name "The Sympa Community" is titlecase.  For people to spell
  it, it looks less astonishing than mixture of cases e.g.
  "The Sympa community".

* At first, addition of notices will be done on 12 source files
  changed after New Year's Day in 2017.  On other files it will
  be added when each file will be modified.

* Adding years, GPL HOWTO prefers to listing individual years
  (2017, 2018, 2019).  Range of years (2017-2019) will be avoided.

* Article by SFLC suggests file name as COPYRIGHT, but GNU Coding
  Standard recommends to include the file named AUTHORS (autotools
  expects existence of this file).  So a file named AUTHORS will
  be included.  Content of existing AUTHORS file will be removed.
