I have read your plans. It sounds interesting and relevant - generally as well
as for our little organisation.

But, being an amateur programmer only, I am probably not able to help much
with coding on the required level, But, I would like to contribute with some
considerations on UI, ....

Concerning the little hack I mentioned (making the mail you reply to visible),
I wonder if anyone could help me a little bit.

I have added a line defining the message variable after line 455 in:

/usr/share/sympa/default/mhonarc-ressources.tt2

What should XXXXX be?
