I uploaded yesterday Task::Sympa on CPAN:

Basically, that's just an empty distribution with a lot of dependencies, 
allowing to install all mandatory Sympa dependencies with as single 
command from any cpan client: "cpanp i Task::Sympa", for instance.

I targeted current stable version (5.1.20) for computing the exact list 
of dependencies, but this should be changed on 5.2 release.

I'd like to import the corresponding code into the project subversion 
repository, given a suitable place. And I'd happily grant co-maintainer 
status on CPAN to at least David, eventually other, so as to allow other 
people to submit a new release.
