Hi developers,

It has done. From now on, "fr", "en-US" etc. may be used to
specify language contexts on Sympa anywhere. For details see
Language.pm.
Migration is transparent: No need to modify old configs, session
caches etc.

A few notes:

o Language tag "en" was given special meaning: it specifies default
locale ("C" locale) and skips gettext translation. It is last resort.
In general, "en-US" should be used (exception is such as content of
"Date:" header field).

o Pootle issues:

- Catalog of "English" (en) and "English (United States)" (en_US)
have the same content now. It should be unified to en_US.

- Catalog name of Bokmål is "nb_NO". It should be better to be
"nb".

Regards,
