I applied your patch.

If you feel like improving the German translation, why don't you use our 
pootle server ? http://pootle.sympa.org/login.html
Note that this is an exception among our services : this one DOESN'T use 
Shibboleth authentication. You must create a plain old account, with a 
user name and a password.
