We are using  Sympa 5.3a.10

I am looking for a way to customise the mail body by the user's name.

Something like:
Send

Hello Mr or Ms [% user.name %],
bla, bla,bla, ... Dear [% user.name %] .. bla, bla
Thanks Mr or Ms [% user.name %]

In the mail box

Hello Mr or Ms Doe,
bla, bla,bla, ... Dear Doe .. bla, bla
Thanks Mr or Ms Doe
