Hello,

Thanks to address@concealed and address@concealed for salvaging this 
code from an old server.

This feature request has a couple of attachments:

sympasoap.pm -- really just the new administrative functions I had written
sympasoap_client.pl -- a simple script to test the new functions


This code was written for Sympa circa 2004 -- there have probably been a LOT 
of changes to the sourcecode since then.  I will try and make the time to 
integrate this code into the new Sympa.
