Hi Adam,
Your suggestion was applied in both development and stable branches of Sympa.
I have no idea why this option was removed from mail commands. Clearly inconsistent as it was still available in the web interface.

P.S. Sorry, I was unclear: The change involves using the email command "quiet reject ...", which used to suppress the subscriber notification but no longer does. Using the plain "reject" button in WWSympa still rejects the message without notifying the subscriber. But I need the quiet option for the mail command too.
