ADD and SUBSCRIBE are different. ADD is dedicated to listowner to add 
someone else in the list where subscribe is for your own subscription.

Soap server do not propose ADD at the moment but I'am juts adding the 
feature (ADD, DEL and REVIEW) as new soap service. As soone as I add 
them in the cvs tree I will send a notification to sympa-dev.
