Hi,
I don't know, if this feature is actually possible, but it would be nice
to have.
Currently mail to listname-owner is only processed as a bounce. However
with other mailinglistmanagers, this address is a way to contact the
list-owner. So people might send a mail to listname-owner and be
confused why they don't get an answer.
So it would be great, if sympa could distinguish between actual bounces
and mail, that should go to the owner.
I suspect it would be simpler to stop using <list>-owner as the bounce address and just keep it for contacting the admin. <list>-bounce or <list>-return would seem more sensible as bounce addresses to me.
It would be nice if these things were configurable, but at present most such addresses are hard coded into Sympa.
