Since I use release 3.3.3-3.3.4b.5-1, I have received several messages
saying that the quota for my lists were reached and that no more archiving
will be done. It looks like there is no "quota" parameter in the lists
configuration file, and that no value means zero.

After adding a quota parameter for every list, archiving work again.

The bug is flagged as important because it caused me the loss of several
mails that were not archived.
