Developers of Sympa

I've installed and played with the sympa
for a day now and I was wondering how I can "send" mail
with it. Pretty basic question I suppose... but don't know
where to ask. 
Couldn't find it on the docs...unless I missed it or didn't 
understand it.

I have a list of email addresses in our oracle database.
I want to first make a custom mail for them (ie. good morning [NAME])
and send it to them.
(There won't be so much feed back... so it'll be needed just for
sending the mail out)
Appropriate perl modules are installed, sympa server starts without
problem. Now the question is how do I send mail?

It would be great if I could just do all this from
the console.

And congratulations on the 3.2 version :)
