Note for upgrading

This version fixes following critical bug.

• Unable to edit owners/subscribers #240

Administrators correspond to all conditions below are recommended to upgrade Sympa to this version.

• Either Sympa 6.2.25b.3, 6.2.26 or 6.2.28 has been installed,
• PostgreSQL or Oracle Database is used for core database (check db_type parameter in sympa.conf), and
• list owners cannot add new owner, moderator or subscriber.
