Sympa 6.2.12 released

RENATER is proud to release the newest version of Sympa to the open-source community.

Sympa 6.2.12 is the new stable version of Sympa.

• Check the release notes
• Check the upgrade instructions if you come from pre-6.2 version

This version mainly introduces some bug fixes, code refactoring and several improvments to the web interface.

Note: The previous announce was about 6.2.9. Some explanations about the gap:
- 6.2.11 was not announced by email by pure distraction on my part (though we updated the Sympa web site and download links). Sorry about that.
- 6.2.10 was never released, due to a problem when tagging the version. It was identical to the 6.2.11.
