Announcements of new sympa release

We've just released a new version of Sympa.

Download Sympa 5.3b.4 : http://www.sympa.org

The major change between 5.3a.10 and this version is the move to UTF-8
encoding for all files managed by Sympa. This includes web_tt2,
mail_tt2, scenario files, list configuration files, list templates and
other configuration files. Shared document file names are now also UTF-8
encoded. A conversion procedure for your customized files will be run by
*sympa.pl --upgrade* ; it will preserve original files. Please read

further explanations about Sympa encoding migration.

Other changes include :
- ‘include’ mode is now obsolete. Now performing a mapping while to
‘include2’ while loading the parameter.
- Updated Polish translations. [L. Zygmanski]
- Updated Japanese translations. [S. Ikeda]

New features :
- The online user/admin help is now available in English. [V. Paitrault,
CRU]
- Added support for NFS locking, using File::NFSLock CPAN module. [K.
Moriwaka]
- New sympa.pl –purge_list option to remove a closed lists.
- Added an alias_manager that is MySQL enabled. [Bea, Cartables.net]

Bug fixes :
- wwsympa might die with error “Cannot decode string with wide characters“.
- sync_include tasks were created for all lists, including those with no
external data sources.
- arcsearch would crash wwsympa process if provided a search expression
with both invalid expression and \n,
