Announcements of new sympa release

Here is a announce from John-paul Robinson (University of Alabama at
Birmingham). myVocs is a group ware tool for "virtual organizations". It
is made building many deferent tools together. One of them is Sympa.

Many thanks to John-paul for this long term project (all previous
