Announcements of new sympa release

This release has a new web interface for Sympa, with support for CSS and XHTML (check the demo service to have an overview). Below is a list of other important changes / bug fixes.

Changes / new features :

• the user interface has been translated to Japanese, modern Greek, Portuguese (Brazil), Turkish, Occitan
• German, Czech and Hungarian translations have been updated
• new 'digest_max_size' list parameter. If a digest exceeds this limit, then multiple messages are sent.
• "your lists" now present in all web pages
• now clean buggy list config files at startup
• made init script compatible with MacOS X, Debian and Suse

Bug fixes :

• the regexp run by search_list could make wwsympa.fcgi process die ; now using eval{} Now escaping some more dangerous caracters.
• Ldap search return code was not examined in _include_users_ldap()
• incorrect parameters to encode_mimewords() ; Sympa previously encoded every string in iso-8859-1
• xgettext.pl did not collect all gettext_id from List.pm ; some list parameters were not translated on the web interface
• Users could set empty passwords
• fxed a few RSS related bugs
