Sympa 4.1.3 has just been released last week, providing the latest changes on Sympa stable CVS branch.
Unfortunately this version included a bug that makes an infinite loop on Sympa web interface, when a new user logs in.
If you installed Sympa 4.1.3 we strongly recommend you upgrade to the latest 4.1.4 that fixes this bug.
