Announcements of new sympa release

If you are running Sympa with DB_File 1.72 (or earlier) and BerkeleyDB
3.2 (RedHat 7.2 concerned) you NEED TO UPGRADE to DB_File 1.75 or higher.

Here is an extract of DB_File Changelog :

   * Fixed perl core patch 7703

   * Added suppport to allow DB_File to be built with Berkeley DB 3.2 --
     btree_compare, btree_prefix and hash_cb needed to be changed.

   * Updated dbinfo to support Berkeley DB 3.2 file format changes.

We were reported strange behaviors with 'include' type of lists :
«Subscribers were not recognized though their appeared in REVIEW»

After tracking down these problems, we were able to reproduce them
on a RedHat 7.2 (comes with DB_File 1.72 part of perl-5.6.0-17 AND
BerkeleyDB 3.2 as db3-3.2.9-4). In this configuration sympa could
not manage lists with 'file' or 'include' user_data_source'. Sympa
log file says "_load_users : cachesise too small".
